Amusing vintage poster for an annual French exhibition about all aspects of domestic furnishing, and decoration showing a man drawing his home to life! Francis Bernard was one of the members of the Union des Artistes Modernes (UAM), a group which also included other artists: Cassandre and Jean Carlu. The group tended to embraced the innovative spirit of the "machine aesthetic" found in the art deco movement.
