"The Spirit of Niagra" Lovely and rare early American Exposition poster for the 1901 World's Fair in Buffalo, NY.
The artist Evelyn Rumsey Cary was a suffragist and patroness of the arts and her image of a Native American Indian princess at Niagara Falls became the iconic "Maid of the Mist".

The Exposition was the first to to use electricity, supplied by hydropower from the Falls, to light buildings and events.
