Silkscreen. Perhaps 1960's. Co-opted image of Nick Allen's famous 1957 photograph of "The Old Geezer" (a janitor in an airforce suit) that found circulation among USAF personnel. It's probably one of the first military photocopy viral memes, as the image was repurposed time and again. Eventually ending up in head-shops in the 60's and 1970's with the sarcastic tagline: "Sleep tight, your air force is awake". This one has the added "Italian Air Force". Date is unknown, but we guess around the late 1960's.
